Healing Skin Clinic wanted one modern foundation for their customer journey: a website that builds trust and generates leads, plus a booking flow that no longer relies on manual scheduling. We implemented the full system from booking to follow-up, including CRM, automated messaging, and review collection.
Their old website wasn't converting and didn't feel like a credible base. Appointments were scheduled manually and follow-up was inconsistent, creating unnecessary admin work and no structured way to collect reviews after treatments.
We built a new conversion-focused website and set up a booking system that automatically handles appointments. Around every booking, a consistent WhatsApp and email flow is now in place: confirmation, reminders, and post-appointment follow-up including review requests (with reminders). We also added an AI chatbot that answers questions about treatments and products 24/7, using the website, FAQ, and a knowledge base. All bookings and interactions are automatically logged in the CRM, including tags and pipeline stages.
